Article 6 Non-combustible materials
Materials that meet the standards prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport means any of the following items.
- 1. Concrete, stone, brick, tile, steel, aluminum, glass, cement mortar and ash
- 2. As a result of testing in accordance with Korean industrial standards, the mass reduction rate, etc. meets the performance standards for non-combustible materials determined and announced by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport.
- 3. Other materials recognized by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport as non-combustible materials similar to No. 1. However, cases where the material specified in item 1 and a material other than a non-combustible material are combined are excluded.

- 3.Buildings with more than three floors or more than 9 meters in height
